Day Out with Thomas: Leader of the Track 2011

Shane is a Huge Thomas Fan. He is obsessed with Thomas so I was beyond grateful for the opportunity to take him to the Day Out with Thomas: Leader of the Track 2011 here in Michigan.



Shane had so much fun and there were so many activities. They had a model train table where the kids could watch the train. There was singing and dancing and story telling. The kids got to play with train tables and get temporary Thomas tattoos. You could meet with and take pictures with Sir Topham Hatt.



The best part of course was riding on a real train modeled like Thomas. Shane thought he was riding the real Thomas.


This is a must do Activity with the family.

Fisher Price Review and Giveaway

We are huge fans of Fisher Price toys here. I grew up with a lot of Fisher Price toys and am very excited that Shane is also. With spring here and the weather getting much nicer Fisher Price has added some new outdoor toys to their line for this spring.

One of the toys they added was the Grow With Me 1,2,3, Inline Skates.

We haven't had the chance to play with these much as it has been raining here all week but Shane loves them and I can see that they are going to be an outdoor favorite for the next couple of years.

I really love that these are designed to grow with the child allowing them to adjust for shoe size and wheel adjustments for safety. Not only that but they are very reasonably priced at $25.

Birthday Party

Shane had his birthday party yesterday. It was so much fun. He had 10 of his friends and a special Thomas cake :) It couldn't have turned out better!
