My thoughts

The first two things I noticed is that this carrier is lighter weight and has a more breathable fabric. I think that the performance carrier would be great for longer trips and when your spending a lot of time outdoors. It's quality is just as good as the original. It's great that ERGObaby has added another great carrier option to their already amazing line.

I give the ERGObaby Performance carrier 5 stars and would recommend it to any mom.

I have just found the best baby carrier. It's modern, safe, easy and comfortable. It's called the ERGO BABY CARRIER. I can not wait to use this with our next baby!

Here's why I love the ERGO BABY CARRIER.

It holds your child up to 40lbs. note Ergo recommends 40lbs but it has been tested up to 90 lbs.
You will need an extra insert for babies under 4 months old.

you can wear your baby on your front or on your back.

It is easy to use and very convenient. It is also easy to store. It doesn't take up a lot of space. It could easily fit in a diaper bag when not in use.

My favorite thing is that it comes with a hood. This is a sleeping hood to keep it darker around baby and protect baby while he or she is sleeping. I am sure it also helps protect babies when its raining if your say trying to get from the store to your car and from the sun if you are outdoors for an extended period.

It's packed with features and so convenient!
