Make ahead Meals for busy Moms Review and Giveaway

As some of you know I really love to cook. I cook dinner on average 4-5 nights a week. Sometimes cooking becomes difficult because my 2 year old loves to follow me around the kitchen and get into everything he is not supposed to while I am trying to prepare dinner.



I found a fantastic Cookbook that is made for moms. It's called Make ahead Meals for busy Moms by Jane Doiron.

Jane is a mom of 2 boys and an elementary teacher! She has published a fantastic cookbook with 140 recipes that allow you to optimize make-ahead preparation. These meals really take the stress out of making dinner and I love that they are made to be able to freeze and quickly reheat.

Some of my favorite recipes include her meatballs and gravy in a crock-pot, cheddar cheese soup and Lemonade cake.
