I love chicken soup for the soul books. They always contain great real life stories that are many times inspirational.

With the new year here many people have goals of losing weight and or changing their lives to make them more healthy and fit. So I was very excited to review the Chicken Soup for the Soul: Shaping the New You book.

I really loved this book reading stories about others struggles makes it easier to endure my own struggles. I feel as if I am not alone and there is hope. As with all the chicken soup books this is a great book that I plan to read many times.
