Tiny Prints Fathers Day

Every Fathers Day we let my husband decide what we are doing for the whole day. He gets to choose what we do for the day, what we eat and even take as much time to himself as he wants. It actually ends up being really fun to see what Hubby decides to do. We also always get him a card.

Scentsy Review

I had heard about Scentsy a few months back and thought it was great!



Scentsy is a company that sells warmers and fragrance bars. The are different from other warmers because Scentsy warmers use a low-watt bulb to slowly melt specially formulated wax.

With no flame, smoke, or soot, the Scentsy Wickless candle system is a safe way to enjoy Scentsy fragrances.

This is super important to me because being a mom it scares me to have any kind of flame that could cause a fire or burn my child. This allows me to enjoy a nice scent and eliminates my worry that my son will get hurt.

I was super excited to try scentsy through a great Scentsy Director Theo Anidu. I was sent one of their many awesome warmers and scents. I choose the classics collection black satin warmer and the cherry limeade scent bar.



The cherry limeade smells amazing and the warmer does a great job of melting the scent bar. I think I am totally obsessed with scentsy. I am already making a list of warmers and scents I must have.

Bed Head High-Def Curling Iron review and Giveaway

I was never a big makeup person but My hair is another story. Having a bad hair day ruins my whole day.

Black and Decker Ultimate Sandwich Creation

I love cooking and so I knew I had to participate when given the chance to make and share my own Ultimate Sandwich Creation. How fun! After much thought and looking through my recipes I came up with a great creation. My family loves it and I hope you will too!

My Creation:
Portobella & Cheese Melts on Garlic Thins



Ingredients
4 large Portobello Mushroom caps or a package of Cut up Portobello Mushrooms
4 slices Provolone cheese
1(8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
4 Sandwich Thins
1/4 cup butter
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1-1/2 teaspoons dried parsley

Optional: your favorite Pizza sauce

Directions

1. Bake Mushrooms in Black & Decker convection countertop toaster oven on 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

2. Mix melted butter, Garlic powder and Dried parsley in small bowl.

3. Brush butter mixture on the inside of all the Sandwich thins.

4. On each thin add a mushroom cap or cut up mushrooms, 1 slice of Provolone cheese and a handful of shredded mozzarella cheese.

5. Put entire sandwich back in the Black & Decker convection countertop toaster oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted to your liking.

6. Optional: Use your favorite Pizza sauce for dipping


A totally yummy, easy to make sandwich my husband ask for often!

The kids got to play with train tables and get temporary Thomas tattoos. You could meet with and take pictures with Sir Topham Hatt.



The best part of course was riding on a real train modeled like Thomas. Shane thought he was riding the real Thomas.
