MY THOUGHTS

Along with a lot of people, one of my goals for the new year is to eat healthier and incorporate more whole grains in my diet. We are huge fans of Big G cereal here. I especially love cheerios. They taste good and they offer a lot of whole grains. I plan to eat Cheerios for breakfast on a regular basis to help me reach my goal.
