Holiday GG 2011 Matchbox Smokey The Fire Truck

For the Last 2 months My Son has been talking about one of the hottest toys out this Holiday season -Mattel's Matchbox Smokey The Fire Truck.  So imagine the excitement when I learned I would be given the opportunity to review it.

Smokey the Fire truck is a real working fire truck brought to life.
This interactive buddy talks, tells jokes, eats, exercises and sings.
Smokey is a freewheeling friend is complete with movable hoses that spray water mist
Features expandable ladders and sensors that respond to the child's movements.

Smokey can be pushed around the house like a regular truck but he is so much more than that Smokey takes interactive to a new level. Smokey talks to your child. He says so many neat/funny phrases. His mouth moves as he speaks.
You child can help put out fires by using Smokey's cannon to shoot out blue balls (water cannons) that represent water to help put out fires. Shane loves helping him put out fires. He has a leaver on his side that puts him up and down. Pull him up for singing mode or down for character mode.

As A mom, I think he is adorable and says lots of cute things. Shane plays with him all day long and he is one of those toys that Shane will not tire of because of how interactive he is. The only complaint I have is he is a little loud but well worth it for the joy and hours of fun he brings Shane.
