Hardwood has landed...

Well kind of. Phil and I decided we were sick of the old carpet in the house and we knew there were hardwood floors underneath. So we took a chance and pulled the carpet to reveal a treasure. Beautiful finished hardwood floors. So far we have fully removed the carpet from the baby's room, the hallway and half the dining room. We will be working on the rest of the dining room and the living room in sections.

I think when it's all said and done we will have increased the value of the house by at least 10k.

    I'm happy to know that you finally find one of the most beautiful treasures in your home, and those are your hardwood floors. Other people may think that having only hardwood floors instead of carpeted floors will make your house boring but with proper style, cleaning and maintenance, hardwood floors can be stylish like carpeted floors also.

    Like you, floors in my home were carpeted too! But having pets and naughty kids running around and biting up our carpets makes it hard for me to clean and maintain it that's why we went to some Sarasota flooring stores and bought ourselves with new and cool
    Sarasota tiles which really made a big difference in maintaining our home clean and child and pet friendly as well.
