Harmony Juvenile's Booster Seats are the BEST ( A MUST READ)

Everyone wants to keep their kids safe. Especially in the car when you are not always in control and accidents happen.

You don't always know which seats are the safest as there are so many out there to choose from. That's why The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety test out the booster seats available and compiles a list of the Best fitting booster seats.

This September the NEW list of the best-fitting booster seats was released. There were 21 seats that were given the Best Rating and 5 of the 21 were by HARMONY JUVENILE. Also HARMONY JUVENILE was the company that had the MOST booster seats on that list.

These are the 5 HARMONY JUVENILE Boosters that were recommended

Harmony Baby Armor (dual highback)
Harmony Dreamtime (dual backless)
Harmony Dreamtime (dual highback)
Harmony Secure Comfort Deluxe (backless)
Harmony Youth Booster Seat (backless)

Can you guess what Booster seats I will be trusting with my son's life.
I am so excited to share with you that I was given the privilege to test out 3 of these booster seats.

*Please note Shane is not old enough or tall enough quite yet (in my opinion) to move into a booster seat but we will be holding on to these and next year they will be the exact seats that we will be using in our cars for Shane.

The first seat we were given to try out was the Harmony Dreamtime (dual highback)

Our Impression

We love this seat. Out of the 3 seats we reviewed this one seemed to fit Shane best at this stage ( he is at the height of an average 3 year old) which would tell me this would be your best bet if your child is ready for a booster but is shorter or average height. The height is adjustable to accommodate taller kids and the seat can also go backless. This is a great seat and Shane seemed very comfortable when he sat in it. It also has stellar reviews all over the internet.

This seat comes in pink and silver and can be purchased for $50 at many retailers including Walmart.

The second booster seat we tried out was the Harmony Baby Armor (dual highback)

Our Impression

This was our favorite seat. Although all the seat we tried had a lot of padding this seat seemed to have the most. I loved the extra wings on the sides. Knowing Shane will be on the taller side this seat will accommodate that no problem. This seat also can go backless and Shane seemed very comfortable in this seat.

This seat comes in black and silver and black and a redish color and can be purchased at sam's club and Amazon. Amazon has it listed for $112.

The third seat we reviewed was the Harmony Secure Comfort Deluxe (backless)

* 2 hide-away cupholders.
* Visually pronounced belt guides promote correct installment of the seat belt.
* Belt path design prevents child from sliding under the lap belt on impact.
* Belt guide included.
* 1-year (limited) warranty.

Our Impression

This seat is made for bigger kids. It is very wide and deep and would be great for a child who is heavier or older. It's backless. We really do like the seat. It looks well made and we know this will make a great seat for Shane when he is a few years older. A great thing about this seat is its price point. It is only 19.99 at Babier R Us and the really pretty Green color makes it gender neutral.

***I do want to say that although these seats state they can be used at 30lbs and 34in I would suggest you wait. My son has been 30lbs and 34in since 2 years old and many people have heavier kids who are 30lbs at a year old. The best time to put your child in a booster is no earlier than when they weigh 40lbs. An average 40lb kid is around 4 years old.***

A big Thank You to Harmony Juvenile for providing us with these boosters to test out and for making quality Booster seats to protect our children.

  1. I am SO GLAD you put the age and height disclaimer on there. I get so sick seeing people put their 2/3/4 yr old children in boosters when they are in no way shape form or fashion mature enough for one! I have a 3 yr old and a 4yo (5 in jan) and there is no way either one will be mature enough for a booster in the next 2 years...however these look like good choices for people with children the right age/size. Esp the second one...

    Thanks again for a great review! Feel free to check out my blog too ;)
